The perfect safari honeymoon

"Maeve in Trailfinders planned the perfect honeymoon for my husband and I. We always knew we wanted to go on safari and she carefully planned a trip we will never forget. We went to Kenya for our safari, including a hot air balloon ride and onto Zanzibar for a relaxing stay in an 5 star hotel. Maeve was so helpful. DEAN at Trailfinders CHESTER

"We used Trailfinders in Chester to book a holiday to Tanzania, which included a 7 day safari, followed by a 9 night stay in Zanzibar. The holiday was booked by DEAN, he was so thorough, looking at every detail for us. Everything worked exactly as planned, all our flights were booked, transfers, hotels and it was explained very comprehensively, exactly what the arrangements would entail. We were also given an emergency contact number, should we need assistance. There was quite a lot involved, but it all ran like clockwork and so we found it absolutely stress free and felt we could rely on Trailfinders 100%. African Honeymoon

"Had a great time on honeymoon in Tanzania, on safari and then relaxing on Zanzibar for a week. Matt in Trailfinders was very helpful and was able to talk us through lots of options, and allow us to choose exactly the right trip for us. We were given lots of information beforehand to make sure we were prepared, and then everything ran absolutely smoothly when we were there so we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Thanks!"

Safari Reservation

"We went into Trailfinders yesterday to book a safari holiday to Tanzania and a break in Zanzibar. We were greet on arrival by a friendly receptionist where we were seated while we waited. We were looked after by Alex who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative about our trip. He followed up on our visit with an email and we received an itinerary and brochure in the post this morning. Very efficient service. I phoned Alex as we wished to make a couple of changes which he facilitated. We booked our safari and sunshine break with Alex and would definitely book with Trailfinders again. Fabulous customer service."

Safari and beach holiday.

"I booked a safari holiday & beach with TrialFinders through Ellie Dair, we had the holiday booked a year before travel and we have just returned last week. What an incredible experience and at a fantastic price too. We flew into Nairobi and then on to the Masai Mara Camp for 4 nights at Keekerok Lodge, what an amazing place to stay ! And then flew out of The Masai back to Nairobi onto Zanzibar for a week on the beach. All transfers included, with welcome packs. We found the Trailfinders App very useful! From booking we were sent out an information pack with detailed everything very clearly and from that we were able to book our vaccinations and sort new soft sided bags for our travel. We had such a fantastic time and would like to thank the team, especially Ellie Dair. Adam & Evie 🙂"

Brilliant trip thanks to Trailfinders

"We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime across South Africa. When we started the booking process we knew we wanted to visit Cape Town and go on a Safari. Thanks to our travel consultant Lauren De La Ronde W we ended up with so much more. She spent all the time necessary to discuss options and listen to our preferences and as a result we had 16 fantastic days and saw so much of this wonderful country. I didn't particularly want to drive, so she arranged a chauffeur service between locations. Everything on the whole trip went seamlessly, exactly as planned with the highlight being the Shamwari Private Game Reserve - words cannot describe how good it is. The best customer service

"Alex, was excellent. He had been to South Africa on safari so was able to give us valuable advice. He also listened to what we were saying and then add suggestions rather than push in a direction he thought was best. We took forever deciding and he made us feel completely comfortable with tasking so many questions. When we finally were able to book, he even offered us time to think it over. He is a credit to the company and we feel so happy with our holiday. "

Safar

"Just returned from a multi centre safari in Botswana and Zambia. Absolutely fantastic trip in all aspects. We had a meeting with Hannah at Trailfinders. She was excellent. She took her time, lots of good advice. We adapted a package and had to change a couple of things. All went really smoothly. No hiccups at all. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Honeymoon Safari!
