Iberá Wetlands Holidays

south & central america
The impressive Iberá Wetlands (Esteros del Iberá) are the second largest wetlands in the world and are home to a wide variety of wildlife including caiman, howler monkeys and capybara. One of the most remarkable ecosystems in Argentina, this huge expanse of wetland is made up of a series of lakes, lagoons and marsh land and is a must do for nature lovers.

Spend a few days exploring this fascinating region with expert guides on foot, boat and possibly even by horseback. The majority of lodges are all inclusive with delicious meals and excursions into the wetlands included. The Iberá Wetlands also offer fantastic bird watching opportunities, with over 370 species found in the region.
