Best first impression of Thailand

"Saskia Sano, our agent created a wonderful bespoke itinerary for our first visit to Thailand. Our party consisted of 6 persons. Saskia's knowledge, use of trusted service providers and local insights ensured that the chosen destinations: Bangkok, Koh Samui and Chiang Mai were exactly right to achieve a great experience of the country. It gave us a the best first impression of Thailand. Everything worked seamlessly. All the hotels were a very high standard. Peace Resort was outstanding surpassing expectations. It really made the perfect place for my aunt's 70th birthday celebrations. Additionally, all the group loved the resort most. The villas were perfect, and all facilities were very good, plus all the hotel staff were very friendly, genuinely kind and super helpful, accommodating all requests graciously. Bangkok Airways were very good. Their customer service was superlative.. The whole travel experience was seamless, making it a joy for us.. No hitches at all! There is huge appreciation for Saskia's continuous support, advice , hard work and patience as we navigated multiple travellers and differing booking elements/requests. Saskia ensured every component part of our itinerary was correct and accurate, despite the multiple moving parts! Trailfinders made it easy for me

"I gave the consultant (Kalvin) a really hard task to sort out. I wanted a trip devised to cover Thailand, then New Zealand to see my grandchildren. Plus then Indonesia doing tours. He took it away and came back the next day with flights suggested tours that all fitted in to my plans. Excellent work and now really looking forward my trip."

"I’d just like to say a big thank you for our holiday to Thailand. The flights and transfers were so smooth and stress free. The hotels really nice and friendly staff and the trips out super enjoyable and fun. We loved our Bangkok exploration with Ken, cooking class and elephant sanctuary in Chiang mai and boat tour in Koh Samui. Will definitely be using Trailfinders again. Perfect holiday to Thailand! Rory Campbell

"Fantastic holiday, incredibly smooth everything ran like clockwork. Stunning hotels and locations. This was a bucket list trip to Thailand for myself, my wife and daughter and it was perfect. Rory took the time to listen to what we wanted and suggested locations, tours etc that perfectly fitted our brief. Every pick up and connection ran like clockwork (exo travel in Thailand are brilliant!) and the service we received from everyone was amazing. The Nai Harn hotel in Thailand is a very special place! I even had to reach out to Rory whilst away to check a couple things and he always responded quickly. Overall a brilliant experience and Rory did an exceptional job of organising it. I will definitely be using trailfinders in the future. "

Thailand Honeymoon

"Me and my husband went into the Milton Keynes branch with the intention of booking our honeymoon. We were greeted and met by the wonderful Tracy, we’re both very glad we had the pleasure of dealing with Tracy – she is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. She has managed to book us an amazing honeymoon to Thailand - she managed to plan everything we wanted to do and even manged to book our Elephant Hills experience to fall on our 1st wedding anniversary, making that special occasion even more special. She was very mindful of our budget and even more amazingly managed to price everything up under budget, meaning more spending money 😊 We are very pleased with our experience so far. "

Excellent efficient service by Trailfinders

"Louise Quinn helped my friend and I to sort all our flights from Dublin to Malaysia and Thailand and also booked our hotels and transfers. This would have been very difficult to do on my own. Excellent Service

"We are experienced travellers but have never travelled to Thailand. We decided on Trailfinders after looking at their informative brochures. The booking experience with Laura was easy and explained in detail. Laura provided many options some of which were not in the brochures. Helpful, knowledgeable consultant

"We went into Trailfinders on Bank Holiday Monday with the aim of booking a holiday to Thailand. We weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to go or for how long, but Jake in the Oxford branch built us a tailor made 2 week holiday in 3 locations next January. Jake gave us lots of ideas, and showed us a range of different hotels, along with excursions we could go on at each location. He also shared his experience having visited the country himself in the past. "From a quick enquiry regarding making a an appointment, Megan answered our questions and queries over the phone. She provided us with ideas and plans for our upcoming holiday, provided places venues and flights, forwarded an itinerary quickly for us to view. Family Thailand Adventure

"I am most impressed with Trailfinders. The organization was excellent and hotels exactly as we anticipated. Hintok River camp was incredible - quite a heavy agenda but well worth the long drive. Thailand multi centre

"We were very happy with the service and patience received by Steve (as we kept changing our minds!). The hotels recommended (it's always nice to receive personal recommendations) as Steve had stayed at one of the hotels we selected. As it was a multi centre trip this can add further complications but everything including all the transfers were very smooth. Wanted to pass on some direct feedback to the Maitria Mode in Bangkok. Thanks for making us feel so welcome , the personal touches and the extra late check out you included was so much appreciated with three small children. It meant that we could shower and get dry before our flight after being soaked during Songkran (which we loved every minute of!) "

Great service and advise

"We contacted Trailfinders for advise for a road trip in Thailand. We were offered several hotels in the resorts we wanted to visit. After doing our own investigations into the hotels we were happy and booked along with the airline we requested and transfers. We were not let down, all flights were on time, transfers were waiting upon our arrival with a high standard of vehicle and driver. All hotels were of a high standard, ideally located for the sights we wanted to visit and things we wanted to do. We stayed in Bangkok, Chang Mai and Koh Samui. Can not thank Trailfinders enough, great service throughout including whilst at the resorts with constant updates on our transfers and flights."

Amazing holiday to Thailand

"Just come back from a holiday to Thailand. Melanie Chisholm arranged everything for the holiday for my husband and I. We can not express how amazing Thailand was and from the start of the holiday to the finish everything ran smoothly. Melanie arranged everything hotels, excursions, transfers and flights and everything ran without any issues. Melanie thank you so much, this was our first long haul holiday which we were very apprehensive about, we had nothing to worry about because you made sure we were well looked after. Thailand Honeymoon organised by Harry

"We booked our trip through Trailfinders on a friend's recommendation for our Honeymoon in Thailand. Harry Stait was our agent and we can't thank him enough. He was professional, friendly and very flexible to our needs and schedule (including helping us transfer from India from a friends' wedding prior to our honeymoon). We were able to bounce ideas off Harry who was able to expertly advise on logistics to make these ideas happen. We stayed in Keemala Phuket, The Waters Khao Lak and Elephant Hills Khao Sok. Every transfer was easy and ran smoothly. It was an incredible service and the honeymoon went ahead stress free and all very well organised. We can't thank Harry enough for organising the trip of a lifetime!"
