Amazing service

"Competent, friendly and an absolute joy to deal with. We booked a 8 day trip to Greece with the Sheffield branch of TF which had plenty of moving parts to get in line - the confidence we got from the service we received resulted in us getting exactly what we wanted from our holiday. We stayed in 3 different hotels (4 if you include one more upon our arrival back to the UK after a late night flight), as well as sorted 2 ferries, flights, and travel insurance. As if that wasn't enough to get in line, we also decided to change our plans in quite a big way 2 weeks after initially proceeding, and TF were more than happy to accommodate and assist. Things can absolutely go wrong when big changes are made to travel plans, but we had absolute confidence everything was arranged to our liking at every stage. Customer service is top notch too - I got a friendly call around a week before our departure to confirm everything we needed had been lined up & any documentation we needed had been received. As it happens, we were missing one document but they posted it out to us straight away & we received it in good time. Will be recommending Trailfinders to anyone I know when they book their next trip!!"

Perfect package!

Excellent customer service throughout

"I'm very glad I chose Trailfinders to book our holiday to Greece. I had to contact the agents on a number of occasions for various reasons and each time my calls were returned promptly and all issues dealt with adequately and efficiently. On our last day in Crete we missed our ferry to Santorini due to a last minute schedule change by the ferry company. Sinead did an outstanding job of helping us make alternative arrangements and ensured we were appropriately reimbursed for our loss. Refreshing to deal with such a professional company. Highly recommend."

"Booked family holiday to Greece for 5 adults. We island hopped after flying into Athens. I can’t recommend Trailfinders enough. This is the second holiday we have booked with them and once again it was fantastic. Accommodation was excellent, all transfers smooth, a well planned itinerary and a really ‘easy’ app to communicate through, we couldn’t have asked for more.
