Day 1  Cape Town    
Boasting arguably one of the most beautiful settings in the world, captivating Cape Town is an intriguing and diverse city, from its sweeping bays and the lively V&A Waterfront to the panoramic views from atop Table Mountain.      

Day 2  Cape Town      
Enjoy a half day Private Cape Town City Tour where highlights include the historic Company’s Garden and City Hall. Weather permitting, zip up to the top of Table Mountain by revolving cable car for stunning views of the city (fee payable locally).    

Day 3  Cape Town      
Today, experience a scenic Cape Point & Peninsula Tour. Travel to the Cape of Good Hope where you can ascend Cape Point for spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. On the return journey stop at Boulders Beach, home to a colony of lively African penguins.      

Day 4  Cape Town      
With a free day at leisure, set your own pace. Perhaps add a 2 Day Hop-On HopOff Bus Tour to explore the City Bowl and beyond, before enjoying a leisurely drink in one of the trendy bars on the Camps Bay seafront as the sun sets.

Days 5-6  Cape Town to Cape Winelands  
This morning wind your way into the heart of the Cape Winelands through picturesque mountain ranges and past rolling vineyards and colonial Cape Dutch homesteads before arriving at your hotel in Franschhoek. By tram and trolley bus leisurely hop between beautiful wine estates sampling fine wines paired with breathtaking scenery on the Franschhoek Wine Tram.    

Days 7-8  Cape Winelands to Johannesburg
Return to Cape Town airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Join a full day tour to visit historic Soweto, the former home of Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu, which is steeped in the history of the apartheid struggle. In the afternoon, visit the haunting Apartheid Museum to gain a deeper understanding of life during this troubled time.    

Day 9  Johannesburg to Greater Kruger National Park    
Leave Johannesburg behind and fly north to the legendary Greater Kruger National Park. Time permitting, arrive in time for your first game drive this afternoon.    

Days 10-11  Greater Kruger National Park      
Enjoy daily thrilling morning and afternoon game drives as you explore this world-famous national park in search of the Big 5.      

Day 12  Greater Kruger National Park    
After a final morning game drive, transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
