maldives mauritius & seychelles
Seychelles holidays offer picture perfect beaches with dazzling soft white sand, lush forested slopes, colourful underwater life and crystal clear waters. Each paradise island has its own character and unique setting, providing the ultimate understated luxury getaway and opportunity for relaxed exploration.

The beaches in the Seychelles are undeniably amongst the best in the world with the incredible white sand framed by lush rainforest clad hills. Anse Lazio, Anse Georgette and Anse Source D’Argent are among the most cited but with more than 70 impressive white sand beaches on Mahé alone, there is plenty of choice to find your deserted haven.

Wildlife enthusiasts will love the chance to observe sea turtle hatchlings, giant tortoises and the impressive array of bird life endemic to the Seychelles. The surrounding waters are equally spellbinding and harbour a richness and diversity of marine life.

Trailfinders offers a range of Seychelles holidays and our expert travel consultants are a mine of information about what to do here, often with first-hand travel experience. Whether you want to explore the Seychelles on a luxury holiday, a family friendly holiday or in a spacious villa – they are the perfect people to ask.

Seychelles Top Tips From Our Travel Experts

Lauren McLeod - Seychelles expert

Although it'll be hard to drag yourself away from the stunning white sand beaches (some of the best I've ever experienced in all my travels), put aside an afternoon to explore the colourful capital city of Victoria, its friendly locals and its lively, bustling markets selling everything from fresh fish to local handicrafts.

Charlotte Barnes - Seychelles expert

If there's one thing you must do in the Seychelles it is to visit more than one of the islands. For the ultimate Robinson Crusoe experience head to Denis Private Island where you won't find a TV to distract you from the glorious beaches! Swim with turtles from the shore, taste the organic produce grown on their own farm and visit the giant tortoises in their sanctuary. Denis Private Island is barefoot luxury at it's best.

Cara Cumming - Seychelles expert
Cara Cumming

The Seychelles is one of the most achingly beautiful beach destinations in the world. Don't expect pristine, raked beaches - this is all about nature's beauty. Golden sand, turquoise water, lush green mangroves, shells and coral, rocky coves, granite peaks, palm forests, birds, tortoises, abundant marine life. It is how you imagine the Garden of Eden must have looked to Adam & Eve. It is wonderfully unspoilt, giving it a timeless quality that is magical.
