For great views of Dubrovnik, it's well worth taking a walk atop the city walls. Allow a couple of hours to casually stroll the perimeter of the city; it's spectacular.

If you find youself in Zadar a must do is a day trip out to Plitvice Lakes. Breathtaking views of these terraced lakes and waterfalls will be had from the many walkways and boat cruises.

Korcula is probably one of the most beautiful towns I have ever seen. The old ramparts as you sail into the harbour are just stunning. Make sure you pre-book Massimo, a cocktail bar at the top of the tower overlooking the bay for some amazing sunset views!
