Cook Islands Holidays

new zealand & the pacific
Holidays to the Cook Islands are an escape to pure paradise.

The Cook Islands are a collection of 15 tiny, remote islands that lie between New Zealand and Hawaii, surrounded by sandy beaches and beautiful coral reefs. Raratonga is the largest and most populated of the islands whilst the offshore island atoll of Aitutaki is considered the perfect castaway island with vast turquoise lagoons, tiny islets of swaying palms and sugar white sandy beaches.

Along with wonderful beaches there’s also plenty of adventure in the Cook Islands. Hike one of the scenic walking trails criss-crossing Rarotonga, hire a bike to explore deserted beaches and little villages or hop on a jeep tour into the mountainous interior. The reef protected lagoons are perfect for kayaking, swimming or kitesurfing, whilst below the waves the snorkelling and diving are world class.

Trailfinders offers a range of Cook Islands holidays and our expert travel consultants are a mine of information about what to do here, often with first-hand travel experience. Whether you want to explore the Cook Islands on a relaxing beach holiday, a romantic honeymoon or combined with an Australia or New Zealand holiday – there’s no-one better to help plan your perfect escape.
