My husband and I went into the office as we were planning a trip to Australia to visit a relative and wanted to include New Zealand as well. Julie-Anne Power was excellent and was able to ascertain exactly what we wanted and what suited us. By the time we left, she had come up with an amazing itinerary, including flights, hotels and excursions. I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders as I had been anxious about getting the trip organized. I don't know how Julie-Anne did it but she was just amazing. "We saw Jeremy Clay to help book a trip to Vancouver around an independently booked Alaskan cruise. He couldn’t find 2-bed self catering on Vancouver Island and so he suggested the Sunshine Coast an hour north of Vancouver (which we had never heard of), accessible only by ferry. Our stay at the Painted Boat Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. When we walked into our huge balcony it was a real wow overlooking Pender Harbour! The Sunshine Coast is less visited by Europeans it seems (according to locals) and lucky us! It is stunning and a delight to hear the odd whir of a boat or birds rather than background vehicles! Everything he booked from the flights, ferries, the car and the Alaskan Railroad trip from Seward to Anchorage worked out. Thank you Jeremy and everyone at Trailfinders. We look forward to using you again for our next adventure!"

"What made my experience great? Peter Douglas. The guy has the patience of a saint. I must have chopped and changed my mind on locations/dates/budget about 7 times throughout - make no mistake I'm happy to admit I was a complete nightmare of a customer. However, he still showed the same enthusiasm towards helping me as he did at the start. Think I was on the phone to him daily for 11 days in a row, and every single time he could not have been more helpful. We're now set up for the holiday of a lifetime. Pete actually listened to the type of holiday I wanted and what he has managed to produce for the price is unbelievable. He was extremely knowledgeable with plenty recommendations. Everything about it looks pristine and we are absolutely buzzing for it. I had never heard of Trailfinders until my mate told me booked his Honeymoon through them and said he couldn't recommend them more. I'm so glad he did, I've been telling everyone that's willing to listen how pleasant the booking experience has been. I'm not normally one to write reviews but this guy deserves the credit. "Amazing tour of Europe followed up by Ian Romanis (the wonder agent) saving our bacon in Seville after the IT Outage resulted in our original flight being cancelled. Went above and beyond (as Trailfinders do on all our trips) but more so when they took care of us when things went sideways, my wife will subsequently be naming one of our unborn twins after Ian “the magnificent”.
