Blind trust of comparison and booking sites is misplaced as the recent exposure of false claims has shown.
We maintain a 24/7/365 personal service to support our travellers whenever some unexpected event threatens to mar your experience, most often being able to put the problem right there and then.
As just one example when the recent drone fiasco at Gatwick upset travel plans TF immediately searched our database for any TF client so affected.
We met any costs this operation involved. We prearranged alternative flights, accommodation, car hire or tours without prompting and at our cost.
Where these solutions were not acceptable for some reason TF made full and immediate refund. TF certainly do not wash their hands by just referring our clients to the fraught process of recovering funds via their credit card or leaving them to solve their predicament on their own.
Being your own travel agent without professional assistance means you can never know how much better value your travel experience might have been with advice.
