The Tubkaak Boutique Resort Krabi

The Tubkaak Boutique Resort Krabi is a wonderful, intimate, and romantic hotel. It's situated on Tubkaek Beach, which is quiet, secluded, and absolutely gorgeous. The water is heavenly with views of some of the other islands, and with beanbags along the sand, you could spend all day there.

We stayed in a Superior Room on the ground floor. The highlight of the room was definitely the small balcony area which looked onto the pool, so you could relax by the pool without even having to leave the room.

The hotel offers lots of excursions which you can choose to partake in, and even partners with their sister hotel on the same stretch of beach to offer an even more extensive list of excursions. The hotel also has a very efficient taxi service, which can be used to go to local markets and the other parts of the island.

This hotel is an excellent choice for couples and honeymooners, however it can also be enjoyed by children. In the evening the hotel is lit up with fairy lights, making for a wonderful atmosphere. There are two dining areas, one serving Thai food and other western cuisine, and a wonderful Italian restaurant, all at a reasonable price point.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Top tip: If you’d like a switch up from all the lovely Thai food, there is an Italian restaurant onsite with absolutely incredible food and wine!
