Elewana Loisaba Star Beds

Enjoy the thrilling experience of sleeping under the endless African sky at this intimate lodge. The property sits on a rocky kopje with sweeping views over an undulating valley and a permanent waterhole which is frequented by a vast array of wildlife. A wide variety of activities includes day and night game drives, guided bush walks, horse riding, camel trekking, mountain biking and fishing. It’s also possible to arrange visits to the conservancy’s anti-poaching team and sniffer dogs and to a nearby Samburu village. The lodge boasts a cosy lounge with a log fire and stunning views, whilst meals are served communally in the open-sided dining room. Each of the four thatched huts is rustically designed to complement the surrounding environment with a comfortable sitting area and open plan bathroom (no fans or air-conditioning). At night your four poster wooden bed is wheeled out onto a private platform jutting out from the hut so you may sleep in the open air and awake to spectacular sunrise views over the conservancy.
