This historic property has been welcoming guests for over 100 years. Agatha Christie was a regular here as was Howard Carter, famous for discovering the tomb of Tutankhamun. Today, the tropical gardens, outdoor pool and palatial lounge offer respite from Luxor’s busy streets while the grand interiors recall a bygone era.

Three restaurants and four bars offer a variety of unique dining options. Enjoy a sunset cocktail at the Nile Terrace bar which overlooks the west bank of the river, and savour delicious French cuisine by candlelight at the historic 1886 restaurant.
