Itinerary

Day 1  Arrive Portland          
Arrive in Portland and take a taxi to the heart of the city to check in to your hotel.            

Day 2  Portland  
This morning, board your comfortable coach as your guide explains the city's history and evolution to the progressive minded, environmentally conscious, foodie heaven of today. A must for any first time visitors to Portland.        

Day 3  Columbia Gorge Wine & Waterfalls      
Today visit the world’s smallest park, Mill Ends, whilst keeping an eye out for the Leprechaun’s who live there. In the afternoon, admire dramatic panoramas as you travel along the historic Columbia River Highway from Portland. Spot bald eagles, explore the spectacular waterfalls and enjoy a walk within the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area. Afterwards, head to a selection of local wineries for the chance to sample some boutique wines.          

Day 4  Multnomah Falls, coffee and the International Rose Test Garden      
Visit Multnomah Falls to see the striking 300ft falls and wonder the numerous hiking trails, before heading back into town for a visit to one of the 600 food carts spread across the city. Wash it all down with a cup of Joe - Portlandians are infamous coffee snobs. Next, visit the International Rose Test Garden for a delightful afternoon taking in the sights and smells of over 650 varieties of roses.  

Day 5  Pittock Mansion and the Pearl District        
Visit Pittock Mansion in the West hills of Oregon to be treated to a stunning view point across the city. Afterwards head to the Pearl District, home to unique shops and Powell’s City of Books, the largest independent book store in the world that takes up an entire city block! Did you know Oregon is one of only four states which is tax-free? The perfect place to spend your remaining dollars before your flight home this evening.
