Day 1  San Diego  
Arrive in welcoming San Diego, this wonderful waterfront city boasts numerous beaches and an array of family friendly attractions. Stay at the 4★ San Diego Mission Bay Resort, a welcoming bayside hotel.  

Days 2-4  San Diego  
Explore Balboa Park, home of the world renowned San Diego Zoo or head to the Maritime Museum where you can visit the Star of India ‐ the oldest active sailing ship in the world. Discover San Diego’s Mexican heritage at the colourful Old Town and jump on board a fun hop-on hop-off   trolley tour around the city.  

Day 5  San Diego to Oceanside  
A short drive north takes you to the beach town of Oceanside. Check into 4★ The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, this contemporary hotel is located directly opposite the beach and offers kid friendly activities.  

Day 6  Oceanside  
This characterful town has a wonderful, long wooden pier and a relaxed vibe. Spend time on the beach or visit the California Surf Museum. Perhaps enjoy a fun day at Legoland California, just 8 miles away.

Day 7  Oceanside to Huntington Beach  
Continue north to laidback Huntington Beach. Stay at the family friendly 5★ Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. This wonderful hotel has loads of facilities and a prime location opposite the beach.  

Days 8-9  Huntington Beach  
Also known as Surf City, Huntington Beach is home to world-class surfing and the world’s largest surfboard ‐ it’s a great place to try some family surf lessons. After a day of playing on the golden sands, watch the sunset and then toast marshmallows over firepits on the beach.  

Days 10-11  Disneyland Resort
A drive of around 35 minutes will bring you inland from the coast to Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. Spend a couple of fun days in the company of Mickey and friends.  

Day 12  Huntington Beach to Los Angeles  
Next stop is exciting LA! Stay at 4★ The Garland, a welcoming hotel that’s perfect for families.

Days 13-14  Los Angeles  
Discover which big names line the Hollywood Walk of Fame, go roller-skating along the Santa Monica boardwalk or maybe search out woolly mammoths at the La Brea Tar Pits. Get around the city on a fun hop-on hop-off bus tour.

Day 15  Universal Studios Hollywood  
Not only is Universal Studios jam-packed with thrilling rides, shows and attractions, including Super Nintendo World™; it’s also home to real life Hollywood movie sets!  

Day 16  Los Angeles  
Enjoy a final morning by the pool before heading to the airport for your flight home.
