Whale Sharks, Corals and Dragons

Days 1-2    
Depart Labuan Bajo in western Flores and set sail for Komodo Island, in search of the infamous and fearsome Komodo Dragon, the world’s largest lizard. Snorkel in coral rich waters before the chance to swim with manta rays and sea turtles.    

Days 3-4    
Explore an uninhabited island with a beach of pure white sand, snorkel in waters frequented by turtles and visit a local village where master craftsmen still build the region’s iconic Phinisi ships. Explore a mystical volcanic island with a sunken crater lake before enjoying a barbecue on the beach under a kaleidoscope of stars.    

Days 5-6    
This morning provides a rare chance to swim with majestic whale sharks, followed by opportunities for kayaking and snorkelling. Later drop anchor at a small village on the island of Moyo, just off Sumbawa.  

Days 7-9    
Entering Komodo National Park once again enjoy snorkelling on one of the richest reefs in the area followed by a sunset hike up to a panoramic viewpoint. A stop at the beautiful island of Rinca is included before returning to Labuan Bajo.
