Bali's Lakes & Hills

I really enjoyed the Bali’s Lakes & Hills tour as it had a mix of different places. The first temple was beautiful and our guide was really knowledgeable. We went to this one early to avoid the crowds so we could have a nice quiet stroll around.

Next was the temple at Lake Bratan which was much busier, but I could see why; it’s the perfect place to take pictures and spend some time. There were some shops and restaurants in this area, but we went to a local market which had food and it was interesting to have a short stop there.

The highlight of the tour for me was the rice fields; driving through them is beautiful. You then get to walk through them for about 40mins which was a really enjoyable experience. You are taken for lunch afterwards and then head back to the hotel.
