Itinerary
Day 1 Denpasar to Canggu
Touch down in Denpasar and hop in an included transfer to your hotel in Canggu. Join a group welcome meeting with your leader, then head to the rooftop to relax and get to know your new pals over dinner and drinks.
Day 2 Canggu
What better introduction to Bali's rich culture than heading to two of its most famous temples. Check out Tanah Lot, set on a rock formation in the sea, and stroll around the stunning garden temple of Taman Ayun. This evening, take in a spectacular sunset over the ocean before a big night out in Canggu.
Day 3 Canggu
Rise and shine! Grab your board and head out into the waves in Kuta, for a surf lesson at one of Asia’s top surf beaches. This afternoon is free for you to chill out at the pool, meander along the beach or grab a few cocktails – or all of the above!
Day 4 Canggu to Ubud
Pack your bags and travel inland to the bohemian jungle town of Ubud. En route stop at one of Indonesia’s most breathtaking waterfalls for a dip (and probably a bit of a photo shoot), then mooch around the local markets before catching some live music with the crew.
Day 5 Ubud
A traditional Indonesian cooking lesson is on the agenda today. Start at the market to grab some fresh ingredients, then join Wayan, an amazing local chef, who will teach you how to impress your mates back home with array of local Balinese delicacies. With a belly full of grub, encounter Ubud’s cheekiest residents at the Sacred Monkey Forest, then get ready for another epic night out.
Day 6 Ubud
Prepare for one of Bali’s most exciting experiences - a wander through the impossibly beautiful Tegalalang rice terraces. Trek through the lush valleys and snap a new profile pic on one of the many swings, then continue the hike, ending with a memorable lunch overlooking the active Volcano Mount Batur.
Day 7 Ubud to Gili Trawangan
Jump on a bus and a ferry to the jaw-dropping white sands of Gili Trawagan. Check into your tropical accommodation in the heart of the island, then spend the afternoon doing as much or as little as you like. When the sun goes down, put your glad rags on to scout out Gili T’s famous bar scene.
Day 8 Gili Trawangan
Spend the day on an island hopping tour around the three mesmerising Gili islands. These sparkling waters have some incredible snorkelling spots, where you can keep your eyes peeled for turtles and maybe a shark or two hiding amongst the coral.
Day 9 Gili Trawangan
As Gili T has no roads, the best way to explore is by bike. Get off the beaten track on a cycle tour, finishing at the island’s most breathtaking viewpoint in time for sunset.
Day 10 Gili Trawangan to Lombok
Today set off to a more remote part of Indonesia, Bali’s sister island of Lombok. Take the scenic route to the beachside surf town of Kuta Lombok and spend the afternoon however you please.
Day 11 Lombok
Start the day by immersing yourself in the customs of Lombok at Sasak Village. A friendly guide will tell you all about local life, and you can have a go at some traditional crafts. This afternoon, trek through the dense jungle to three of the area’s most stunning waterfalls – jumping in for a dip is highly recommended!
Day 12 Lombok
Enjoy a completely free day to make the most of Lombok’s pristine, secluded beaches. Feeling more active? This is the perfect place to show of your new surfing skills!
Day 13 Lombok to Sumbawa
Travel to your next destination, the less developed but just as beautiful island of Sumbawa. Check into your rustic beachfront bungalow and spend a peaceful afternoon catching some rays. This evening, head out for a group dinner and drinks.
Day 14 Sumbawa
On today’s exclusive day trip, you’re going to the uninhabited island of Moyo. Take a picturesque bike ride into the heart of the island to one of the most spectacular, and untouched waterfalls in the whole country. Have lunch on the white sand beach, then sail back over sunset.
Day 15 Sumbawa to Satonda Island
Board a private liveaboard boat bound for the Komodo Islands! First stop is Satonda Island – grab a snorkel and jump into the crystal clear waters, or hike to the salt lake crater, before falling asleep under the stars.
Day 16 Satonda Island to Komodo Islands
Have breakfast surrounded by mountain vistas, and fuel yourself for a mini trek up to Gili Lawa. Back on board, sail to Manta Point where you can snorkel with families of majestic manta rays, some of the gentlest creatures in the marine world. Spend a lazy afternoon on Pink Beach – aptly named after its incredibly bright coral sand, then finish off the day with a trek up to Padar Island, one of Indonesia’s most renowned viewpoints.
Day 17 Komodo Islands to Labuan Bajo
Today you will have an epic, once in a lifetime encounter with the prehistoric dragons of Komodo Island. Local guides will lead you in search of these amazing creatures - who are only found on four islands in the entire world - and will tell you about how they live. Say farewell to the crew of your boat and check into a resort on Labuan Bajo for a last dinner with your new friends.
Day 18 Labuan Bajo
After saying your goodbyes, depart at any time.
