Itinerary
Day 1 Buenos Aires, Argentina to Carmelo, Uruguay
From Buenos Aires take the ferry over to Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay. On arrival you’ll be taken on a walking tour to discover the city’s historic quarter, with its cobbled streets and colourful buildings. Continue to Carmelo in Uruguay’s wine region and check into the 4★+ Narbona Wine Lodge, a lovely boutique hotel surrounded by vineyards.
Days 2-3 Carmelo
Enjoy a full day tour to discover three fantastic wineries. During the tour you’ll be able to sample some of the blends produced at each and tuck into a mouthwatering lunch. With a day at leisure you can explore the vineyards by bike, swim in the pool or spend some time simply relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.
Day 4 Carmelo to Buenos Aires, Argentina
Bid farewell to Uruguay and take the ferry back to Buenos Aires for your onward travel arrangements.
