Itinerary
Days 1-2 Lima
Arrive into Peru’s vibrant capital and discover this ‘City of Kings’ on a guided tour.
Day 3 Lima to the Amazon Rainforest
Fly to Puerto Maldonado and transfer to your jungle lodge by road and boat.
Days 4-5 Amazon Rainforest
Explore the biodiverse Peruvian Amazon on shared lodge activities, including guided jungle walks and canoe rides.
Day 6 Amazon Rainforest to the Sacred Valley
Fly to Cusco and drive through scenic countryside to the Sacred Valley.
Day 7 Sacred Valley
Visit bustling Pisac Market and the Inca citadel of Ollantaytambo on a full day tour.
Day 8 Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu
Today you will discover the history surrounding astonishing Machu Picchu and marvel at the impressive ruins.
Day 9 Machu Picchu to Cusco
Enjoy Machu Picchu at your leisure before travelling to Cusco by train and road.
Days 10-11 Cusco
See the sights of Cusco on a guided tour, followed by a day to relax in this charming city.
Day 12 Cusco to Lake Titicaca
Journey to magnificent Lake Titicaca, passing snow-capped peaks and meandering rivers.
Days 13-14 Lake Titicaca to Colca Canyon
Spend time with a local community learning about their lives and traditions, before cruising to Taquile Island and the famous floating Uros Islands. Then head west to the vast Colca Canyon.
Days 15-16 Colca Canyon to Arequipa
Try to catch a glimpse of condors flying over the immense canyon from Condor’s Cross. Continue by road to the ‘White City’ of Arequipa.
Days 17-18 Arequipa to Paracas
Join a guided tour of Arequipa’s historic highlights and beautiful viewpoints. Fly to Lima and drive to the seaside town of Paracas.
Days 19-20 Paracas
Search for marine wildlife on a tour to the rocky Ballestas Islands, home to sea lion colonies and seabirds including the Pervian booby and Humboldt penguins. Take a scenic flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines, created with incredible precision around 1,600 years ago and only viewable from the sky.
Day 21 Paracas to Lima
Travel back to Lima for your onward arrangements.
