Itinerary
Day 1 Quito to Baños
Depart from your hotel in Quito and journey down the spectacular Avenue of the Volcanoes stopping at the scenic Limpiopungo Lagoon in the heart of Cotopaxi National Park. After lunch in a local restaurant drive to the town of Baños, set at the base of the mighty Tungurahua Volcano.
Day 2 Baños
Explore with short walk around the town centre before driving to the edge of the Amazon jungle to discover forest trails and secluded waterfalls, including impressive Devil’s Cauldron. Later return to Baños and soak in the famous thermal baths for which the city is named.
Day 3 Baños to Quito
Enjoy a morning at leisure before returning by road to Quito, or head to nearby Riobamba to continue your tour of Ecuador.
