Itinerary
Day 1 Santiago
Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 Santiago
Discover the highlights of this cosmopolitan city on a half day tour.
Day 3 Santiago to Puerto Varas
Fly to Puerto Montt in the Chilean Lake District and drive to the picturesque town of Puerto Varas.
Day 4 Puerto Varas
Take a morning tour along the shores of Llanquihue Lake to visit the village of Frutillar, known for its German heritage and charming traditional buildings.
Day 5 Puerto Varas
Today you will head into the stunning Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. Enjoy ashort cruise on the emerald waters of TodosLos Santos Lake before journeying to the Osorno Volcano. See its impressive craters and admire the views over the landscape below from a lookout point.
Day 6 Puerto Varas to Punta Arenas
Return to Puerto Montt and fly to Punta Arenas, the southernmost city in Chile.
Day 7 Punta Arenas to Torres del Paine NP
Journey to the Torres del Paine National Park. En route stop at a traditional Patagonian ranch for lunch.
Days 8-9 Torres del Paine NP
Explore this picturesque park with a choice of superb activities. Marvel at the jagged peaks of the Paine Massif and discover crystal clear lakes, imposing glaciers and majestic waterfalls.
Day 10 Torres del Paine NP to Santiago
Transfer to Puerto Natales and fly to Santiago for a one night stay near the airport.
Day 11 Santiago to San Pedro de Atacama
Fly to Calama and on arrival drive to San Pedro de Atacama. Enjoy an excursion to Moon Valley to discover its surreal rock formations and watch the sunset turn the lunar-like landscapes into a kaleidoscope of colour.
Day 12 San Pedro de Atacama
An exciting day exploring the dramatic landscapes of the Salar de Atacama, a vast salt flat home to Andean flamingos and flanked by volcanoes. Stop to see stunning high altitude lagoons, impressive rock formations and remote villages.
Day 13 San Pedro de Atacama
Rise early to capture the famous El Tatio Geysers at their most active. Marvel at the swirling columns of steam from 64 geysers, flanked by soaring volcanic peaks. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure in the pretty village of San Pedro de Atacama.
Day 14 San Pedro de Atacama to Santiago
Fly to Santiago for your onward travel arrangements.
