Classic Argentina

Day 1  Buenos Aires      
Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.        

Day 2  Buenos Aires      
A half day city tour will introduce you to some of the varied neighbourhoods of this dynamic city. Later, enjoy a traditional Argentine dinner and tango show.        

Day 3  Buenos Aires      
Today is free for you to see more of Argentina’s vibrant capital city.  

Day 4  Buenos Aires to El Calafate      
Fly to El Calafate, the gateway to Los Glaciares National Park.        

Day 5  El Calafate    
Enjoy a cruise on Lago Argentino past huge icebergs to reach the Estancia Cristina. Set in a remote corner of Los Glaciares National Park, you’ll explore by 4WD and learn the history of this breathtaking region.      

Day 6  El Calafate    
Today’s trip to the Perito Moreno Glacier is sure to be a highlight. Cruise across the lake to reach the towering glacier face before enjoying panoramic views over this vast wall of ice from a number of viewpoints.        

Day 7  El Calafate to Bariloche    
Fly to Bariloche in the stunning Lake District where the rest of the day is at leisure.      

Day 8  Bariloche      
Explore the mountains and lakes that surround Bariloche on a half day tour.        

Day 9  Bariloche      
Enjoy a day at leisure. Why not book a kayaking trip and paddle through spectacular scenery? Ask your consultant for other experiences we can offer.    

Day 10  Bariloche to Mendoza      
Head north to Mendoza for a couple of days to relax amid Argentina's wine country.        

Days 11-12  Mendoza      
Spend your first day on a tour of the vineyards of the Luján de Cuyo region, with a couple of tastings and a gourmet lunch with wine pairing. The next day is free to relax in your hotel.      

Day 13  Mendoza to Iguazú Falls      
Fly to the world-famous Iguazú Falls which sit on the border of Argentina and Brazil.  

Day 14  Iguazú Falls      
Discover the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls. Explore the walkways that wind through the rainforest and view these incredible waterfalls from a variety of viewpoints.  

Day 15  Iguazú Falls to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil      
Cross the border to see the falls from the Brazilian side before flying to Rio de Janeiro for your onward travel arrangements. Alternatively, take a flight back to Buenos Aires.
