Itinerary
Day 1 Podgorica
Arrive in Podgorica and pick up your car.
Day 2 Podgorica
Today join a walking tour and explore the old neighbourhood of Stara Varos, the Ottoman clock tower still standing in the main square, and the fortress ruins perched above the Ribnica River.
Day 3 Podgorica to Kolasin
Today, drive on to Biogradska Gora National Park and take a hike amongst the trees, stopping off beside the peaceful glacial lake.
Day 4 Kolasin to Niksic
Continue to Durmitor National Park and visit the scenic town of Zabljak for lunch. After, travel through dramatic mountains to Niksic.
Day 5 Niksic to Tivat
This morning, enjoy wandering the historic streets of Montenegro’s second largest city. Visit Ostrog Monastery, carved into the cliff, before driving to Tivat.
Day 6 Tivat
Embark on a day tour exploring enchanting villages, Mount Lovcen National Park and picturesque Lake Skadar. Finish by sampling local wines and relaxing in the charming seaside town of Budva.
Day 7 Kotor Old Town
Travel around the bay to fascinating Kotor. This UNESCO World Heritage Site features traditional red-roofed houses, cobblestone alleys and an elegant Venetian bell tower. Enjoy a small group tour of the city and learn about its intriguing history.
Day 8 Tivat
Return to the airport for your onward flight.
