Itinerary
Day 1 Venice Simplon-Orient Express
Board the Eurostar at London King's Cross St. Pancras and enjoy the comfort on board as you journey to Paris. After a short transfer to Gare de l'Est, board the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express and settle into your cabin as your steward caters to your every need. Enjoy a delicious four course dinner in one of the three beautifully restored 1920s restaurant cars. Relax on board as you journey out of Paris, through France and towards the majestic Alps.
Day 2 Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
This morning, relax by the expansive windows before enjoying a sophisticated three-course lunch as the train winds its way through the dramatic scenery of the Swiss Alps. Your journey comes to an end as the train crosses the turquoise Venetian Lagoon and arrives into Venice at sunset. Disembark the train and transfer to your hotel, the iconic Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel.
Day 3 Venice
Spend today exploring the city’s most iconic landmarks. Wander through the intricate network of charming canals to discover historic St Mark’s Square, pretty Rialto Bridge, and majestic St Mark’s Basiclia. Take to the water in a traditional gondola to admire the city’s Gothic architecture from your tranquil viewpoint. This evening, dine on freshly-caught fish in one of plethora of picturesque bistros set on the water’s edge.
Day 4 Venice
Enjoy your final morning strolling through this enchanting city, admiring the distinctive buildings and bustling canals one last time before transferring back to the airport for your flight home.
