Itinerary

Day 1  Split to Hvar
Arrive in Split, where your Croatian adventure begins. Meet your fellow travellers at the port and board the ferry over to the beautiful island of Hvar.

Day 2  Hvar
Begin your week of cycling with a challenging but rewarding ride around Hvar. Follow an old Roman road to Stari Grad and enjoy the challenge of a five mile hill climb ending with amazing views out to sea and towards the island of Brac. On returning to Hvar, you will have a chance to wander the narrow streets of this quintessential Dalmatian town.

Day 3  Hvar to Korcula
Ride Croatia’s quiet country roads towards Sucuraj, testing yourself with a couple of climbs en route! The views are spectacular as you pass mountains, turquoise waters, small villages, olive groves and vineyards. After a series of ferries and road transfers, arrive on the island of Korcula where you’ll stay in the peaceful village of Lumbarda for the next three nights.

Day 4  Korcula
Enjoy a day at leisure; perhaps relax at the beach or take your bike to beautiful Mljet Island and explore the national park.

Day 5  Korcula
After breakfast, transfer to Vela Luka and ride past vineyards to Brna before transferring to Pupnat for lunch. In the afternoon, ride back to Lumbarda taking a different route with equally stunning scenery.

Day 6  Korcula to Dubrovnik
This morning, take a short ferry to the Peljesac peninsula and ride a quiet route alongside the beautifully clear waters of the Adriatic. Pass sleepy villages, olive groves and picturesque vineyards to Zuljana. You will then transfer to Dubrovnik.

Day 7  Dubrovnik
Today is at leisure to discover the history and culture of Dubrovnik’s old town including marbled streets, fountains, churches, palaces and museums. Why not celebrate a wonderful trip with a dinner of freshly caught fish.

Day 8  Dubrovnik
Your tour ends after breakfast this morning.

Departs: Selected departures, Apr - Oct.
