Itinerary
Days 1-2 Toronto
Start your journey in welcoming Toronto. Perhaps take a trip up the famous CN Tower for fantastic views of downtown and Lake Ontario plus sample the excellent gastronomy this city has to offer.
Days 3-4 Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake
Pick up your car and drive south, skirting Lake Ontario to the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, just 12 miles from the magnificent falls. Designated a National Historic Site, this delightful town has some wonderful wineries where you can try the local speciality, ice wine.
Day 5 Niagara-on-the-Lake to Blue Mountain
Leave Niagara behind and head for the beautiful resort of Blue Mountain. This welcoming, adventure-packed area has a multitude of activities from high-level adventure to relaxing local hot pools.
Days 6-7 Blue Mountain
Glide up the mountain on the resort gondola for incredible lake views or speed down on the exhilarating twin zipline. The summer months are packed with festivals so join in the celebrations, or if you’re looking to relax, head to nearby Wasaga Beach on the freshwater shores of Georgian Bay.
Day 8 Blue Mountain to Minett
Enjoy a picturesque drive to Minett in the Muskoka Lakes region where you’ll stay on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau.
Days 9-10 Minett
Spend your stay enjoying the resort’s plethora of leisure activities from pedal boats on the lake to art workshops and bike rides in the beautiful surrounding forest.
Day 11 Minett to Algonquin Provincial Park
Depart this morning for a pretty drive past cranberry farms and lakes to remote 4★ Arowhon Pines in the wildlife haven of Algonquin Provincial Park. Take to the water in one of the lodge’s canoes in search of some local residents ‐ the mighty moose and the elusive beaver!
Day 12 Algonquin Provincial Park
This morning, head out to the visitor centre for an overview of the flora and fauna of this incredible park. Then spend the day exploring the patchwork of more than 2,000 pristine lakes and the network of canoe routes.
Days 13-14 Algonquin Provincial Park to Keene
Your next resort is nestled on the beautiful north shore of Rice Lake where you can enjoy many outdoor adventures and farm to table dining.
Day 15 Keene to Toronto
Return to Toronto at a leisurely pace, stopping en route to embrace Canada’s original form of transport at the fascinating Canoe Museum.
