Itinerary
Day 1 Cairns
Arrive in Cairns and explore the city at your own pace.
Day 2 Cairns to Cape Tribulation
Head to Mossman Gorge for an interpretive walk in the ancient Daintree Rainforest. Afterwards, continue north to Cape Tribulation for a two night stay.
Day 3 Cape Tribulation
Today is free to explore this beautiful area in your own time. Perhaps take a trip to snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef or explore the Daintree National Park.
Day 4 Cape Tribulation to Cairns
Return to the waterfront city of Cairns for an afternoon at leisure.
Day 5 Cairns to Airlie Beach
Depart Cairns early this morning and travel south to the town of Airlie Beach, a popular gateway to the Whitsunday Islands.
Day 6 Whitsunday Islands
Set sail for the beautiful Whitsunday Islands and enjoy a visit to the Great Barrier Reef. Discover the colourful marine world on a snorkelling trip, hike to an island lookout or simply relax on deck appreciating the view.
Day 7 Airlie Beach to Byron Bay
Fly to Brisbane and transfer to Byron Bay, a small bohemian town popular with surfers and backpackers boasting many art galleries and boutique shops.
Day 8 Byron Bay
Spend a free day to wander the town or taking part in an optional activity such as sea kayaking, hike to Cape Byron Lighthouse or for the more daring, go skydiving.
Day 9 Byron Bay to Port Macquarie
Tour an organic farm in the heart of Byron Bay before enjoying a delicious lunch of the local produce. Later, head to the coastal township of Port Macquarie.
Day 10 Port Macquarie to Blue Mountains
Opt to visit the local Koala Hospital before leaving Port Macquarie behind for the breathtaking Blue Mountains.
Day 11 Blue Mountains
Explore this beautiful region and walk the Jamison Valley for some amazing lookouts, including the iconic Three Sisters before visiting the Jenolan Caves UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ride through the valley on the Scenic Railway taking in the stunning scenery - the steepest railway in the world.
Day 12 Blue Mountains to Sydney
Travel to the big city buzz of Sydney. On arrival, relax and explore the city at your own pace.
Day 13 Sydney
Savour a day at leisure to explore one of Australia’s most exciting cities. Opt to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge, zip through the harbour on a jet boat, or relax on Bondi Beach. Enjoy a final evening in the city with your fellow travellers.
Day 14 Sydney
Your tour ends this morning.
