Itinerary

Days 1-7  Western Australia  
Full of beautiful parklands and nearby beaches to explore, Perth will welcome you with its relaxed atmosphere and glorious sunshine. Catch the ferry to Rottnest Island to meet its friendly marsupial residents before driving to the laidback foodie haven of Margaret River.    

Day 8  Perth to Adelaide    
Return to Perth for a final night in Western Australia. Explore Adelaide, renowned for its nearby vineyards, festival scene and gastronomy.  

Days 9-11  Kangaroo Island    
Drive to Cape Jervis in order to board the ferry to Kangaroo Island – this striking island is unmissable for any wildlife lovers. Take the ferry back to Adelaide for one more night.

Days 12-13  Canberra    
Fly to Canberra, the capital city of Australia. Culturally significant, with museums, galleries and monuments to pique your interest.

Days 14-18  Tasmania    
Tasmania’s capital is filled with an abundance of history and art as well as being on the doorstep to the many hiking and biking trails around Mount Wellington. Traverse the UNESCO World Heritage wilderness on your way to Cradle Mountain, which offers scenic walks and the opportunity to search for the Tasmanian devil. Continue your drive to Launceston and experience the rugged beauty of Cataract Gorge.    

Days 19-21  Melbourne    
Famous for its thriving restaurant culture, Melbourne is also a perfect base from which to explore the Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island’s penguin residents and the vineyards of Yarra Valley.    

Days 22-24  The Red Centre  
Discover the ancient wonder of Uluru, watching the sunrise over this spectacular monolith. Explore the surrounding area and marvel at the mystical domes of Kata Tjuta.    

Days 25-29  Cairns    
Unwind on a cruise to the Outer Barrier Reef or take to the trails of Daintree Rainforest. Head to the elevated Tablelands, spotting colourful birdlife from your treehouse or explore the bustling city of Cairns.

Days 30-32  Brisbane    
Fly to vibrant Brisbane and uncover trendy rooftop bars, breweries and restaurants.  

Days 33-36  Hayman Island    
Explore the most northerly Whitsundays Island, positioned in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef.    

Days 37-42  Sydney    
Discover the iconic landmarks of Sydney, from Harbour Bridge to the unique Sydney Opera House before driving to the tranquil Greater Blue Mountains, famous for the dramatic Three Sisters rock formation.
