Itinerary
Day 1 Cape Town, South Africa
Cape Town is an intriguing and diverse city, from its sandy coastal bays to the windswept top of Table Mountain. Arrive in the city and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 Cape Town
Enjoy a half day tour to learn about the city’s fascinating history. No tour of Cape Town would be complete without a trip to Table Mountain – a revolving cable car takes you to the top for spectacular views of the city (fee payable locally).
Day 3 Cape Town
Today enjoy a full day Cape Point & Peninsula Tour, passing magnificent beaches and picturesque coastal villages before arriving at the towering headland of Cape Point. Stop at Boulders Beach to admire its penguin colony.
Day 4 Cape Winelands
Join a tour into the heart of the pretty wine country to visit the quaint towns of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. Discover the history behind the area’s renowned wineries and vineyards along with the chance to sample the wines.
Day 5 Cape Town to Victoria Falls
Catch a flight to Victoria Falls or Livingstone airport and transfer to your hotel on the Zimbabwean or Zambian side of the falls. Later, unwind on a sunset river cruise.
Day 6 Victoria Falls
Enjoy a morning tour of the breathtaking Victoria Falls. The full force of the falls can be seen from March to May, after which water levels fall but views remain fantastic until November/December when the water levels are at their lowest. The afternoon is at leisure or we can arrange additional activities, including a thrilling helicopter flight over the falls.
Day 7 Victoria Falls to Chobe NP, Botswana
Transfer by road across the border into Botswana and onto your lodge in the Chobe Riverfront area. Chobe is famed for its herds of elephants and an afternoon game activity is your first opportunity to spot these beautiful creatures along with an abundance of other wildlife.
Day 8 Chobe NP
Morning and afternoon game activities allow you to explore the park and the beautiful Chobe River. Enjoy spotting Chobe’s wildlife during game drives or leisurely boat trips.
Day 9 Chobe NP to Kasane
Transfer to Kasane airport for your onward flight, or alternatively return to Victoria Falls or Livingstone airport.
