Masai Mara & Zanzibar

Day 1 Nairobi    
On arrival in Nairobi transfer to your hotel. If you have an early arrival we recommend you book an additional experience.    

Days 2-4 Nairobi to Masai Mara NR  
Begin your safari adventure with a light aircraft flight from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to the Masai Mara National Reserve. The journey from the airstrip to your camp is your very first game drive. This is classic safari country: wide open grasslands dotted with acacia trees. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives as you explore the reserve’s beautiful open savannahs, spotting the Big 5 along with a host of other wildlife. Why not add a hot air balloon flight for a spectacular aerial perspective of the reserve?    

Days 5-12 Zanzibar    
Take a flight back to Nairobi and stop for lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant, arguably one of Kenya’s greatest eating experiences, before a flight to Zanzibar. This stunning island boasts wonderful beaches and warm turquoise waters. With seven nights on the island you have plenty of time to enjoy the attractions on offer. Why not explore the atmospheric capital Stone Town on a half day tour or take to the waters on a snorkelling trip to the offshore Prison Island? Alternatively, simply spend your days relaxing beside the white sand beaches.
