Day 3 Auckland to Waitomo
Collect your motorhome and travel to Waitomo to visit the glowworm caves, a fascinating warren of stalactites and stalagmites.

Days 4-5 Waitomo to Tongariro NP
Journey to Tongariro National Park. This remarkable region is home to three volcanic mountains and makes for a marvellous spectacle. On day 5 embark on an evening guided walk for sunset views and learn more about volcanology from the expert guide.

Day 6 Tongariro NP to Hawke’s Bay
Set off early to the renowned wine region of Hawke’s Bay to relax in stunning surroundings and sip New Zealand’s finest wines. Be sure to visit some of the local vineyards to sample the delicacies, or perhaps book onto an organised wine tasting tour.

Day 7 Hawke’s Bay to Lake Taupo
Head inland to beautiful Lake Taupo and discover the surrounding mountains and forests. Explore Taupo town and the nearby Kinloch, the small village with a big view.

Day 8 Lake Taupo
Adventure seekers will love the rush of a thrilling high-speed jet boat ride at Huka Falls this morning. In the afternoon, relax lakeside and witness local fishermen in search of their daily catch or take one of the many walking trails.

Days 9-10 Lake Taupo to Rotorua
Travel to the geothermal wonderland of Rotorua. Set amidst crystal clear lakes, you’ll find bubbling mud pools, spouting geysers and natural geothermal mineral pools as well as the fascinating Maori village Te Pâ Tû.

Day 11 Rotorua to Bay of Plenty
Drive to the beautiful Bay of Plenty, with endless miles of white sand, surfing beaches and a great climate. Enjoy the beaches in the afternoon or stretch your legs on a bush walk along one of the many tracks and trails.

Day 12 Bay of Plenty to the Coromandel Peninsula
After a relaxing morning, drive north to the spectacular Coromandel Peninsula.

Day 13 The Coromandel Peninsula
Discover this pristine region of New Zealand. Perhaps head to Hot Water Beach and the stunning Cathedral Cove.

Day 14 The Coromandel Peninsula to Auckland
Enjoy the leisurely drive back to Auckland and drop off your motorhome before your onward travels.

Days 3-4 Perth to Cervantes
Collect your motorhome and head north to the moonscape of the Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park. This evening stay in Cervantes.

Days 5-6 Cervantes to Kalbarri
Continue to Kalbarri, a spectacular landscape of rivers and gorges overlooking the Indian Ocean. Swim, whale watch or explore the rugged cliffs at Red Bluff.

Days 7-8 Kalbarri to Denham
Take in the scenery as you head north to Monkey Mia and Shark Bay Marine Park, staying in the seaside town of Denham. On day 8, why not head out on a kayaking tour in search of sharks, sea turtles and manta rays?

Days 9-10 Denham to Coral Bay
Today will be one of your longer drives, made all the better with the vast ocean scenery en route to Coral Bay. Spend the following day snorkelling right from the beach.

Days 11-12 Coral Bay to Exmouth
Travel north to Exmouth, the gateway to the spectacular Ningaloo Reef. Spend the next two days exploring the marine national park, perhaps opting to swim with whale sharks.

Day 13 Exmouth to Carnarvon
Start your journey back south towards the sleepy town of Carnarvon, home for the night.

Day 14 Carnarvon to Denham
Continue south to Denham. Perhaps spend the afternoon in Monkey Mia, one of the few places in the world where you can interact with wild dolphins.

Day 15 Denham to Geraldton
Travel on to the seaside town of Geraldton, a bustling holiday destination. Relax on the white sandy beaches, visit the fascinating museums or take a wander along the Heritage Trail around the town.

Days 16-17 Geraldton to Yanchep NP
Journey south to Yanchep National Park. Explore the many walking trails and limestone caves plus spot koalas along the park’s Koala Boardwalk.

Day 18 Yanchep NP to Perth
Head back to Perth to drop off your motorhome before your onward flight.

Day 2 Christchurch to Oamaru
Collect your motorhome and drive south along the sparkling coastline to Oamaru, home to the world’s smallest penguins.

Day 3 Oamaru to Dunedin
Continue south to the harbour city of Dunedin known for its Scottish heritage. Wander amongst the grand Victorian mansions and visit Larnach, New Zealand’s only castle.

Days 4-5 Dunedin to Te Anau
Enjoy sensational coastal scenery in Te Anau, the gateway to the spectacular Fiordland National Park. On day 5, embark on one of New Zealand’s most scenic drives through beech forests and past mirror lakes for a cruise on dramatic Milford Sound.

Day 6 Te Anau to Queenstown
Head north to New Zealand’s adventure capital and surely one of the most picturesque cities in the world. Queenstown offers a wide range of outdoor activities and hiking opportunities as well as fantastic dining options.

Days 7-8 Queenstown
Take a ride on the Skyline Gondola to the top of Bob’s Peak for spectacular views across The Remarkables and Queenstown below. The next day is free to continue your explorations in this vibrant mountain city.

Day 9 Queenstown to Fox Glacier
Journey to Glacier Country on the west coast and explore this awe-inspiring landscape.

Day 10 Fox Glacier
Perhaps spend the day at Lake Matheson, one of the most photographed lakes in New Zealand. For something really special, we highly recommend a scenic helicopter flight over Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers.

Day 11 Fox Glacier to Punakaiki
Drive up the wild, rugged yet mesmerising west coast to Punakaiki, surrounded by limestone cliffs, coastal forests and pristine rivers.

Day 12 Punakaiki to Marlborough
Journey to the picture perfect Marlborough region to spend your last few days sipping world-famous Sauvignon Blanc and devouring fresh local seafood.

Day 13 Marlborough to Gibson Bridge
Vineyard Spend your evening at the exclusive Gibson Bridge Vineyard for a unique and atmospheric night. Sample local delicacies from your gourmet hamper and relax with a bottle of wine from the estate.

Days 14-15 Gibson Bridge Vineyard to Christchurch
Head down the east coast back to Christchurch to drop off your motorhome, stop en route in Kaikoura and perhaps join a whale watching tour. Drop your motorhome off before enjoying your final evening in a hotel in Christchurch.

Day 3 Auckland to Waitomo
Collect your motorhome and head south to Waitomo. Visit the magnificent Waitomo Glowworm caves in the afternoon for an incredible natural light show from these fascinating insects.

Days 4-5 Waitomo to Rotorua
Travel to the geothermal hotspot of Rotorua, home to bubbling geysers and volcanic mud pools, passing scenic vistas en route. Spend day 5 exploring this geothermal wonderland.

Day 6 Rotorua to Taupo
Take the short drive through rolling hills and pretty farmland to the lakeside town of Taupo.

Day 7 Taupo to Wellington
Continue through the heart of the North Island to Wellington, New Zealand’s capital. Take the Wellington Cable Car up the mountain for sweeping views or perhaps visit the beautiful Botanical Gardens.

Day 8 Wellington to Marlborough
Board the ferry to the South Island and drive to the spectacular world-renowned wine region of Marlborough. Spend the night at the beautiful Gibson Bridge Vineyard sampling the delicious local wine.

Day 9 Marlborough to Nelson
Drive west to Nelson near the spectacular Abel Tasman National Park.

Day 10 Abel Tasman NP
Visit the breathtakingly beautiful Abel Tasman National Park. Famed for golden beaches, beautiful coves and stunning coastal walks, this is Mother Nature at her best.

Day 11 Nelson to Punakaiki
The west coast is remote and wild, whilst the landscape is mesmerising. Set out early for the long but beautiful drive to Punakaiki to see the unique Pancake Rocks.

Day 12 Punakaiki to Fox Glacier
Head south to the small picturesque village of Fox Glacier. Visit Lake Matheson known for its mirror-like reflections.

Day 13 Fox & Franz Josef Glacier
Take to the air this morning by helicopter to see Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers. Be prepared for unforgettable views of these awe-inspiring glaciers.

Day 14 Fox Glacier to Queenstown
Drive through stunning Mount Aspiring National Park to lively Queenstown. Set between The Remarkables mountain range and sparkling Lake Wakatipu, the location is hard to beat.

Days 15-16 Queenstown
The options for exploration from Queenstown are almost endless. Perhaps enjoy a full day tour cruising the waters of Milford Sound, take a 4WD Lord of the Rings location tour or pan for gold in nearby Arrowtown.

Day 17 Queenstown to Oamaru
Depart Queenstown and head towards the east coast to Oamaru, known for being the home of the world’s smallest penguins.

Days 18-19 Oamaru to Christchurch
Travel to Christchurch to drop off your motorhome and spend your final night in a hotel.

Days 2-4 Cairns to Port Douglas
Pick up your motorhome and take the short drive north to beautiful Port Douglas. Spend several days exploring the incredible marine life of the Great Barrier Reef and the scenery of Cape Tribulation and the ancient Daintree Rainforest.

Day 5 Port Douglas to Mission Beach
Head south to Mission Beach, to enjoy the golden sands and vibrant foodie scene.

Days 6-7 Mission Beach to Airlie Beach
Continue down the coast to Airlie Beach, the gateway to the spectacular Whitsunday Islands. Board a luxury catamaran for a cruise around these beautiful islands to the famous Whitehaven Beach.

Day 8 Airlie Beach to Rockhampton
Set off early for your longest drive to Rockhampton. Stop off en route at Eungella National Park, Queensland’s largest rainforest.

Day 9 Rockhampton to Agnes Water
At the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef, the coastal towns of Agnes Water and 1770 offer beautiful secluded beaches and incredible sunsets.

Days 10-11 Agnes Water to Noosa
Chic Noosa boasts stunning beaches, upmarket restaurants and alfresco cafés as well as the Noosa Everglades.

Days 12-13 Noosa to Lamington NP
Head inland to the lush rainforests of Lamington National Park. Expect fantastic views, many walking tracks and very different scenery from what you’d find on the coast.

Days 14-16 Lamington NP to Byron Bay
An iconic stop on the East Coast, Byron Bay boasts lovely craft shops, bustling cafés and beautiful hidden coves and beaches.

Days 17-18 Byron Bay to Coffs Harbour
Continue south to Coffs Harbour, a laidback town nestled at the foothills of the surrounding lush valley and home to sandy beaches, a lively marina and great restaurants. Enjoy the excellent snorkelling, diving or sea kayaking.

Days 19-20 Coffs Harbour to Port Stephens
Port Stephens is home to 26 beaches. Take to the water on a dolphin watching trip or enjoy one of the many scenic hiking trails along the coast.

Day 21 Port Stephens to the Blue Mountains
Wave goodbye to the coast for a night as you head inland to the spectacular Blue Mountains.

Days 22-24 Blue Mountains to Sydney
Drop off your motorhome in Sydney on day 22 and check in to a city centre hotel. Explore this iconic city over several days.
