Journey
NSW TrainLink runs trains and coaches to some of the most picturesque locations in New South Wales, into Victoria and Queensland, and even to the Australian Capital Territory. A journey with NSW TrainLink offers a leisurely way to travel between some of Australia’s most visited cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane.
Life On Board
All regional trains are air-conditioned and include a buffet car serving snacks, hot meals and beverages.
Economy Class - Available for day journeys on the Discovery Pass and to/from Sydney and Canberra. Comfortable seating with a 28 degree recline.First Class Seating - Same as economy, but with extra legroom and with a greater seat recline. Available on all routes.
First Class Sleeper Compartment – Available on all overnight journeys between Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Each compartment has two berths and shares a toilet and shower compartment with the adjacent cabin. All bed linen, towels and toiletries are included, plus a complimentary breakfast in your cabin before you depart.
