The Retreat Costa Rica

Perched on the edge of the hillside in Atenas, a 45 minute drive from San Jose, with panoramic views of the valley below and out towards the coast of Nicoya Peninsula, The Retreat offers wellness and relaxation and is a wonderful place to unwind. Guests can stretch out in the yoga house, learn how to incorporate organic ingredients into delicious dishes or relax in the beautiful pool. There is also a restaurant which offers farm-to-fork cuisine, a fabulous spa, gym, community room and library. Each of the 13 Guest Rooms are uniquely decorated and are simply designed to calm the mind and relax the senses. Deluxe Rooms are cosy and comfortable with some located in the gardens with views of the mountains. Premium Rooms are more spacious and have expansive views of the valley to the pacific ocean.

Please note there are no TVs or phones in the guest rooms.
