Beach Houses: nestled along the shoreline, Beach Houses boast easy beach access. Beach House Garden and Ocean rooms enjoy a private balcony with views of either the garden or ocean.

Cove Houses: set on island surrounded by the waters of Madinat Jumeirah, Cove Houses offer guests a more secluded experience with all rooms enjoying garden views. Cove House Garden Suite offer more space with a living area and larger balcony.
