Occupying a prime position on the west coast between the mouth of the Kalu River and the sparkling Indian Ocean, the popular Avani Kalutara Resort combines stylish rooms and a lovely location to offer a great value beach break. The main restaurant offers a variety of international and Sri Lankan flavours in a charming poolside setting. The 105 rooms are furnished in a warm contemporary style and feature a private balcony or terrace, either overlooking an inner courtyard or out through the palm trees towards the water.
