Located within walking distance of historic Gion, the famous Geisha district and home to a variety of restaurants and boutiques, this elegant hotel is perfectly situated for exploring this charming city. The all day dining restaurant focuses on seasonal ingredients and enjoys panoramic views of the Higashiyama mountain range. Rooms are situated both in the renovated Schoolhouse building, a former 1920’s elementary school, or the more modern Main building. Essential Rooms are in the Main building and are comfortable with a contemporary décor.
