Aura Tachibana

Aura Tachibana is situated in the hills, a 15 minute uphill walk from the train station and town centre. Blending a traditional ryokan with modern touches and gourmet cuisine, it has traditional indoor onsen as well as private rooftop onsen with stunning views over the hills which can be booked for couples or friends. Japanese breakfast and dinner is served in the hotel’s restaurant and there is also a bar with a spacious terrace so guests can enjoy an after dinner drink while soaking up the views. Most rooms are in the traditional Japanese style with tatami mat floors and futon beds but western rooms are also available. All rooms are comfortable and spacious and some have private onsen on their balconies.
