Cap Maison

From arrival at Cap Maison, every member of staff we met could not have done enough to make sure we were having a fantastic stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a beautiful veranda that overlooked the ocean through the immaculate tropical gardens. The room was large with colourful and unique tiling in the bathroom and wooden shutters that fit perfectly with the style of the hotel, which is fashioned after a Spanish villa.

The two communal pools were well-equipped and maintained, with cold water dispensers to refill the complimentary water bottles provided by the hotel and never felt too busy given that a lot of the rooms have their own pools or outdoor spaces.

The food on offer was of exceptional quality... and quantity! Both Cliff at the Cap and The Naked Fisherman offered a good choice of dishes, with the saltfish beignets at the Fisherman being a particular favourite.

I would recommend this hotel for food lovers and those who enjoy a quiet setting with stunning views.

Top tip: This hotel would be great for a small group celebrating a special occasion, as the villa style means that rooms can be booked in conjunction with each other to accommodate larger groups, including the Oceanview Suite that comes complete with a rooftop terrace and pool.
