Perfect recommendation from Dean in Chester

"Dean in Chester made the perfect recommendation for us, a last-minute decision, based on what we told him. It's very reassuring to have a recommendation from someone who has been to the resort within the last year and who found another staff review to read out to us on the phone. He was spot on with everything he told us, including what to look out for as soon as we got there to make the most of our stay. Very pleased we stayed all-inclusive as the food was really good and we wouldn't have benefitted from doing it any other way. We've had such good service from Trailfinders over the years; never had a disappointing choice of hotel or transfer. It was particularly delightful being able to have Dean help us with this trip."

Roisin at Trailfinders has been so…

"Roisin at Trailfinders has been so helpful and had enough knowledge of our chosen destination to convince us to cancel our holiday with Hayes Travel who knew very little and re-book with her. She found us direct flights the other agent could not give us and found us a free all inclusive upgrade and then saved us over £3500 on the holiday. Every question she had an answer for. Fantastic customer service. I can only hope your management know what a wonderful asset they have in the very friendly staff they employ. Will never use another travel company no matter where we travel and have already recommended to friends and family. Well done Trailfinders and a special thank you to Roisin."

Viva Viva Mejico!

"My husband and I yet again enjoyed the excellent service of Trailfinders thanks to Lauren Batham. Our first experience of an all inclusive holiday in Cancun, Mexico provided a luxury resort, chance to spend time with family, incredible ancient archaeology, glorious waters, lovely food, friendly locals and crocodiles! Sugar Bay is a welcoming

"Sugar Bay is a welcoming, comfortable hotel with a superb location beside the sea. Facilities just right for a relaxing holiday : the food is varied & excellent. Choices at the bar superb and being All Inclusive at Sugar Bay was the right choice for Barbados . Best of all are the staff- nothing was too much trouble, friendly & remembered your face giving a personal feel to your stay. Staff are 5 star !! Flights with Virgin Atlantic were straightforward with good care by staff. A very happy holiday . "

Great travel agent!

"Have had great fun today letting Trailfinders find and book a lovely holiday for me based on the brief ‘adults only; swimming a priority; and all inclusive’! For the time of year I wanted we narrowed it down to the Caribbean and went from there! The agent really knew her stuff and played around with days/dates until I was also able to travel premium economy. Great work!"

Long Beach Hotel Mauritius organised by Tomos Cross, Cambridge
