Itinerary
Days 1-2 Seattle
Explore the city’s historic Pioneer Square, bustling waterfront and wonderful views from the top of Seattle’s iconic Space Needle.
Day 3 Mount Rainier NP
Take a day trip to explore majestic Mount Rainier National Park with it’s extensive natural beauty of walking trails, waterfalls and subalpine meadows.
Day 4 Seattle to Olympic NP
Pick up your car and head into the dramatic Olympic Peninsula.
Day 5 Olympic NP
Spend the day exploring this incredible region. From towering mountains, waterfalls and rainforest in the interior to rugged beaches on the coast, this is one of America’s most diverse national parks.
Day 6 Olympic NP to Gleneden Beach
Travel south past magnificent coastline to the scenic setting of Oregon’s Gleneden Beach.
Day 7 Gleneden Beach
Relax on the lovely, sandy beach or unwind at your resort with a spa treatment or round of golf.
Day 8 Gleneden Beach to Florence
This charming seaside town is a great base for exploring nearby Sea Lion Cave and the spectacular wind-sculpted waves of sand that form Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area.
Day 9 Florence to Ashland
Head to cultural Ashland, home to several theatres and festivals, including a renowned Shakespeare Festival which runs for nine months of the year.
Day 10 Ashland to Sunriver
Route via remarkable Crater Lake, where Rim Drive* offers incredible views down the caldera to the azure waters below.
Day 11 Sunriver
Soak up the scenery and enjoy the plethora of outdoor activities that Sunriver has to offer.
Days 12-13 Sunriver to Portland
Drive to Portland to discover this creative city’s boutiques and markets and in the evening sample craft beer from some of Portland’s 50 local breweries. Why not explore nearby Columbia River Gorge boasting spectacular waterfalls including Multnomah Falls?
Day 14 Portland to Seattle
Enjoy the scenic drive back to Seattle.
Day 15 Seattle
Spend one last morning in the city before your flight home.
