Itinerary
Day 1 Quito
Upon arrival transfer to the 5★ Casa Gangotena. This beautiful converted mansion is located in the heart of the old town.
Day 2 Quito
Enjoy a fascinating walking tour of Quito and visit the nearby Equatorial Monument.
Day 3 Quito to Mashpi
Lodge Drive north to 4★+ Mashpi Lodge in the lush Andean cloud forest. Meet the naturalist guides and embark on a guided nature walk.
Day 4 Mashpi Lodge
Rise early to see the birdlife at their most active before enjoying wonderful views from the lodge’s observation tower.
Day 5 Mashpi Lodge to Hacienda Zuleta
Enjoy a final activity in the cloud forest before driving to 4★ Hacienda Zuleta.
Day 6 Hacienda Zuleta
Spend a leisurely day around the hacienda. Explore the walking trails or visit the Andean Condor Rehabilitation Centre.
Day 7 Hacienda Zuleta to Quito
Visit the vibrant market town of Otavalo before continuing to Quito.
Day 8 Quito to the Galápagos Islands
Fly to Baltra Island and board the 4★+ La Pinta. This afternoon enjoy your first exciting excursion.
Days 9-11 Galápagos Islands
Spend your days exploring this remarkable archipelago. Snorkel with the fantastic marine life, hike to picturesque viewpoints and learn about the history of these unique and wonderful islands.
Days 12-13 Galápagos Islands
Transfer to 4★+ Finch Bay Galápagos Hotel on Santa Cruz Island where you have time to relax after your cruise or explore the local area on a variety of optional activities (payable locally).
Day 14 Galápagos Islands to Guayaquil
Fly to Guayaquil and transfer to the 5★ Hotel del Parque.
Day 15 Guayaquil
Transfer to the airport.
