Best of Botswana & Victoria Falls

Day 1  Victoria Falls      
Upon arrival transfer to your hotel on the Zimbabwean or Zambian side of the falls. Later relax with a sundowner on a sunset cruise along the Zambezi River.            

Day 2  Victoria Falls      
This morning enjoy a tour of Victoria Falls, one of the world’s natural wonders. The rest of the day is at leisure so why not book a thrilling helicopter flight over the falls?            

Day 3  Victoria Falls to Chobe Riverfront
Transfer across the border into Botswana and on to your safari lodge in the Chobe Riverfront area. Chobe National Park is famed for its large herds of elephants – an afternoon game drive or river cruise is your first opportunity to spot these beautiful giants.            

Day 4  Chobe Riverfront        
Today, enjoy morning and afternoon activities to explore the park and the beautiful Chobe River, which forms the park’s northern boundary. Have your camera at the ready to spot Chobe’s wildlife, abundant birdlife and reptiles, either during game drives or on leisurely boat trips on the river.            

Day 5  Chobe Riverfront  to Okavango Delta        
Take a scenic flight by light aircraft into the heart of the Okavango Delta. This beautiful inland delta covers 10,000sq miles of crystal clear channels, serene lagoons and a myriad of islands. Enjoy high tea at your safari camp before an afternoon game activity.      

Day 6  Okavango Delta      
Experience morning and afternoon game activities in this fascinating wilderness. Depending on the location of your camp and the time of year you can explore by mokoro (canoe), motorboat, game drive or on foot. The region is teeming with wildlife – look out for lions, elephants, hippos and leopards along with prolific birdlife.            

Day 7  Okavango Delta to Maun      
After your morning game activity transfer to the airstrip and fly by light aircraft to Maun for your onward flight. If you would like to see more of this beautiful country, ask your consultant about adding a couple of nights in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve or Makgadikgadi Pans National Park.
