The lodge is accessed mainly by boat which offers fantastic wildlife viewing en route. A host of activities are possible from the property including hiking in the Corcovado National Park, snorkelling in the protected marine reserve around Caño Island and mangrove boat tours to seek out the prolific birdlife that the area has to offer. Back at the take a dip in the main swimming pool or the tidal ocean fed pool, relax in one of the hammocks or indulge at the bar’s terrace with a sunset cocktail. The restaurant serves tasty local and international cuisine using many ingredients from the lodge’s own garden. The 20 rooms are bright and simply furnished, each with a covered terrace from which to spot local wildlife in the beautiful tropical gardens.
