Situated within the Central Serengeti overlooking the vast savannah and a busy waterhole, this stunning lodge offers exceptional service in a unique setting. Activities available include game drives, nature walks*, guided sunset meditation sessions* and hot air balloon safaris* (must be pre-booked). Guests can also enjoy game viewing from beside the infinity pool and there is an elegant spa, a gym and a kids’ club. Three fabulous restaurants serve delicious cuisine in elegant surroundings (open on varying days), including the open air Maji Bar & Terrace which boasts sweeping views of the Serengeti. The 77 rooms, suites and villas are connected by elevated walkways and are all beautifully decorated with plush fabrics and traditional art and feature a luxurious bathroom with Serengeti views from the bath tub. Savannah Rooms are on the lower level with a private terrace, Horizon Rooms are on the upper floor with a balcony and Terrace Suites are much larger with a separate living room, a private plunge pool and an outdoor shower. In each category rooms facing the waterhole are available for a supplement.
