Take part in daily activities such as yoga, tai chi, sound healing, guided meditation and hikes, all based around the four “R’s” – rise, realign, reflect and rest. Between activities enjoy the beautiful spa, one of the many cosy reading nooks, or take a plunge in the natural pool which collects water from the surrounding mountains.
