Searching for the glow of the Northern Lights is best done between the months of September and March and for those hoping to combine this ethereal spectacle with winter activities such as snowmobiling or ice climbing, it’s best to travel between December and March.
For long bright days, ideal for fly drive holidays and wildlife spotting, travel between June and September.
