Safari in Kenya

"Clint Laurie listened to my expectations for a family safari in Kenya and delivered an itinerary that was absolutely spot on ! This was an adventure of a lifetime and a big thank you must go to Clint and the Trailfinders team ! So many highlights but the balloon ride over the Masai Mara was incredible. All the lodges were first class but my favourite has to be Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge in Tsavo West National park simply for its beautiful setting alongside a waterhole! When it pays to have an expert at the end of a 24 hour Emergency Hot Line

"This was our first experience of working with Trailfinders to arrange our family holiday (of a lifetime) to Florida. They obviously had great first hand experience of this State and could provide detailed advice when we were booking. However, where the benefits of using Trailfinders really stood out was whilst we were in country on holiday. It's until something goes wrong do you really appreciate the availability of a 24 hour Emergency helpline (that is manned!) with an expert at the end of the line. We arrived at a car rental desk to collect our car for the next phase of the holiday only to find it closed and not open again for two days. Panic set in but Louisa on the 24 hour helpline was incredible and calm. She was able identify another car at a nearby location, cancel the original booking and then rebook for immediate collection. There was a marginal increase in cost but that was because we had to take a more premium SUV, which actually worked out better for us anyway. Would definitely recommend using Trailfinders for the planning and peace of mind during your most important family holidays"

Family holiday to Australia and Dubai…

"Booked a long planned family holiday for summer 2024 to Australia and Dubai through Trailfinders and so glad I did. Had a face to face planning meeting with Jane from Trailfinders and gave her a rough itinerary for our holiday. In no time she came up with a great itinerary of flights, accommodation and car hire. All her recommendations were amazing for a family holiday. Great central hotel city locations. The apartments/townhouses that we stayed in in Hobart, the Queensland coast and Atherton Tablelands were the highest quality and our kids loved them too. The viewtrail app is great and easy to navigate. Any enquiries were responded to promptly and helpfully. Also the timely text reminders about checking in for flights is a great help. I would highly recommend visiting Trailfinders for booking a family holiday. Their experience and knowledge is second to none. "

We had a very special family holiday

Excellent Customer Service

"Myself and my husband dealt with Louise who is your representative in your Limerick offices. She went over and above helping us sort out our family holiday in August. We changed our itinerary and Louise was so patient and understanding about everything. She explained everything in detail, left nothing out, gave great advice.
